How it Works
Signup & Booking
Before booking a service, be sure to sign up and create an account so you can receive points for every order you place! Put all of your dirty laundry in a (13 gal) bag and set it outside in a visible location for us to pickup. When booking, select how many bags you have and a time that works for us to come pickup your laundry.
Whether you prefer plant-based, hypoallergenic, or premium scented brands, we've got you covered. Let us take care of the never-ending chore of laundry so you can focus on the things that matter most.
Pickup
Once you've placed your order, we'll arrive at the time you've specified. To ensure a smooth pickup, please have your laundry in bags and ready for us. We'll send you a message to update you via text or email with our arrival time and provide a photo confirmation once we've picked up your laundry. If you have any special instructions, such as complex directions or gate codes, please let us know and we'll be happy to accommodate your needs.
Folding & Delivery
At this point, your laundry is washed, dry and ready to fold! We fold your garments into pristine stacks, and sort by size, article of clothing and even family member/person. We take pride in our business, and we love what we do! Our job is to make this process easier. Once your laundry is folded and sorted it is packed neatly in clear bags, ready for delivery.
If you picked Next-Day Delivery Service, your laundry will be delivered no later than 8:00 pm the following day that you placed your order.
