When will my laundry be picked up and delivered? We do our best to get to you at the exact time you choose when booking. We make sure to keep you updated with ETA times. Please note that orders 5 bags and over may require a 2-day service.

Do I supply my own detergent? No way! We've got you covered, AND we cater to your preference!

What if I am not home when you pickup and deliver? No problem! Just make sure to leave your bags in a visible location that is protected from the elements.

I'm very particular about how I do my laundry, can I let you know my preferences? Absolutely! We encourage you to let us know about detergent, wash/dry and folding preferences.
